  • Invitations to talents must respect privacy and professional boundaries.
  • Employers agree to pay fees associated with posting jobs, as outlined in our pricing terms.

6. Job Seeker-Specific Terms

  • Job seekers are responsible for ensuring that their profiles and applications are accurate and professional.
  • Job applications are shared with employers, and we are not responsible for employer responses or actions.

7. Fees and Payments

  • Certain features of the platform, such as job postings, may require payment.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments must be made through the methods specified on the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the platform, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Employ Bahrain.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without our prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content
